Return And Exchange Policy  


Yeloo, operated by Shine & Style Tech Private Limited, is committed to provide credible, trustworthy and user-friendly services to our valuable customers.

We have crafted an exclusive and transparent Exchange Policy for our patrons to reassure them about the quality of our products and the dutiful real-time assistance in honour of consumer-discretion.

We only provide a one-time Return And Exchange Policy and we have no money-back policy. 

The details of our Return And Exchange Policy are enumerated below:

  • Domestic Transactions

Non-customised Products: The Non-customised products purchased online on Yeloo and through In-store appointments, can be Return And Exchange Policy within 48 hours of receipt of delivery or acceptance as applicable. 


Online: Extra pick-up and/or subsequent delivery cost will be charged and communicated to the Consumer as per the respective Pin Code i.e. address of the Consumer. Such charges will be communicated by the Company at the time of placing the Return And Exchange Policy request. The Consumer shall be liable to make such payment upfront.


In-store appointments: The Products liable to be exchanged are to be personally delivered by the Customer within the given time frame at the Vendor-partner’s retail outlet.


Note: 

  • Only un-tampered and unused products will be exchanged. Exchange request will be entertained only in cases where the products are kept in the same condition as they were at the time of delivery / receipt. 

  • Once the product is accepted and the exchange process is successfully completed, you can either retain credit points for purchase on a later occasion or go ahead with a fresh order. 

The credit points are valid for a period of one year from the date of activation.

  • In case of placement of a fresh order, the product will be delivered to the Customer within 7 days or as per the prescribed timeline. 


  • For the In-store appointment related exchanges, the new product shall be chosen and the delivery has to be accepted by the Customer at the time of exchange itself.


The Company and its Vendor-partners reserve the right to refuse the exchange requests for any product which is damaged, breached or violated in any manner by the Customer.    Please retain the Product in a pristine condition along with its Package, Invoice, Certificates and all other items delivered along with the product for a successful exchange.


Note: We do not provide Return And Exchange facility nor refund for:

  1. Customised Orders

  2. Coins

  3. Internationally Shipped Products
